Question about getting an achievement, having it hit 100% complete, but not unlock.

Was playing Neverwinter for the Xbox one, got a very very difficult achievement to accomplish, it still has not popped as unlocked and has been almost a week. The achievement is:

Four Dead Dragons!
Defeat all four dragons in the Dragonflight in a single encounter
Worth 150G.

Tomb Raider Achievements

I'm having a problem getting to achievements to unlock. Inconceivable -All challenges complete and secret achievement called chatterbox. I have play thru it twice and still both will not unlock. I am wondering if anybody else is experiencing this same issue
on Tom Raider Definitive Edition .

I'm sorry to hear about the achievement issue. I would suggest following along with the troubleshooting steps within this forum sticky. If you've tried all the troubleshooting steps listed and they still don't do the trick for you, I then would suggest taking

Does the achievement say "done: unlocking" or something like that? I had to wait for a game's title update once for an achievement to finally unlock.

I had it happen to me once, and it took a week or two before it finally unlocked, but it eventually did
