Question about Games With Gold MyChallenge mission

I want to know how much time Ive been playing games with gold titles for the last 4 months since the MyChallenge began?

I thought I would have unlocked by now the 3 first months of playing a gwg title for 10 hours since december but i havent so i want to know how much time ive been playing those games

Question for challenge Gold Dust

Hi,

I have a question regarding the MyChallenge called "Gold Dust". Could clarify this challenge with more details? Does it mean I need to play only 1 title for 10 hours every month (3 month in a row), or I can play multiple Games with Gold titles 10 hours per
month (3 in a row)?

Gold Dust MyChallenge Question

Hello,

I have a question regarding the Gold Dust MyChallenge.

Per the FAQ:

"These offers consist of both downloading and playing a featured Games with Gold for at least 10 hours per month. In order to qualify, you must both download AND play the title during the time it is featured as part of the Games with Gold offerings
for the month."

Last month, I played two Games with Gold games for a total of >10 hours, will this count towards completion of the goal? I played ~4 hours of Back to the Future, and ~6 hours of Van Helsing, each while they were featured games, but
now, looking back at the challenge, it appears as though this will not qualify. Am I right that the challenge requires playing a single game for at least 10 hours?

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

You played five hours of Games with Gold titles in December, and 11 in January and February. So far this month, you have 5 hours of Games with Gold time. Keep in mind that it takes us up to 96 hours to receive and process new activity, so if you have played
more time recently, we have not received that information yet.

You'll want to post in the support section of this forum for support to clarify.

It does sound like you need to play 10 hours in 1 of the games in order for it to qualify.

Hi SupreemeeD. The two offers that involve game play is the FREEdom Rewards Free Ride offer and the Gold Dust MyChallenge. For the Gold Dust MyChallenge, you must play 10 hours of a Games with Gold title 3 months consecutively. We do not see this on your
account. For the Free Ride offer, you must play 5 hours of three different Free-to-Play games within the month. We do not see this either.

What are MyChallenges?

MyChallenges are a new way to earn by completing certain tasks, like having an active Xbox Live Gold subscription or pre-ordering digital games from the Microsoft Store. For every challenge you complete, you’ll earn a Reward of MyVIP Gems and a badge
to show off your achievement on your MyRewards page.

Your progress towards MyChallenges will start tracking as of October 1, 2017.

Since Gems/MyChallenges were only created and introduced as a feature in October, it is not possible to track activity done before they existed.

Hi PrincessRoyer. Smwutches is correct. You did complete the Survey MyChallenge on February 11th, and Gems will be awarded soon. Challenges for membership will be awarded once the 6th month is completed. The Gold Dust MyChallenge will be awarded at the end
of the month. Thanks for your patience.
