Question about Games on Demand...

Does anyone know if you can play 360 games from Games on Demand on the Xbox One? I've been buying games from Games on Demand lately and the reason for this is because I figured you'd be able to play them on the Xbox One since the Xbox One can't read 360
game discs. Also, if you can play 360 games on the Xbox One via Games on Demand, what servers would you be playing on? Like if I bought CoD Ghost on the 360 version of Games on Demand, transferred my account onto an Xbox One, would I still be playing on the
360 servers? Or the Xbox One servers?

When you click the game to download at the bottom of the screen under the pop up ther should be three options, one of them will say something like "purchase with credit card" and have a blue x by it if you push it your purchase option will change into MS
points.

Your Games on Demand are limited to the console you bought them on. So no playing 360 content on the One.

Some titles do offer an upgrade deal though, so it's be worth looking into that. Ghosts is one of them

The xbox one is not backwards compatible.

FYI on the 360, games on demand are NOT Limited to the console you bought them on.... I am unsure about the One though

 

I should have stated console type, I had assumed that since we were talking about the 360 and the One that would be obvious. You know what they say about assuming though.

 

Either way (either console) that is misinformation....

Granted it's true COD can migrate profile info.

Any games purchased for the 360 console will not work on an Xbox One console. This is regardless of whether or not it is disc based or a digital purchase.

You can purchase upgrades for certain titles for their use on the Xbox One, essentially a big discount. Such as the aforementioned Ghosts.

Any game bought for a 360 can be played on Multiple 360's, Any Game bought on the one can be played on multiple Ones

A recent new feature is migrating profiles... COD is not exclusive to this....nor is any console... Sorry If I seemed "rude" Just stating facts.
