Question about game clips and the community feed ?

Lately Ive made some juicy gaming clips I would like to share VIA the community tab thing when you scroll right on the dashboard ( best way i can explain it ) however nothing ever appears on there from me aside from my achievements. So I am wondering, why
they do not show up , my game clips I mean. I checked through the options and I cant seem to find anything. Perhaps someone here knows what I am doing wrong, I hope I explained that well. TY for your time.

So - with regards to the second question. Do I not have a say in what gets posted to my feed? I understand I can make clips permanent but when a game decides to spam clips that it deems "great" do I have no say in those being posted to my friends feed? It
is fine if the clip is temporarily saved to my Upload clips but it also seems to get pushed to friends feeds without my intervention. I disagree that there should be no setting allowing clips to be saved but a second approval for them to be pushed to friends
feeds.

You can turn off the game DVR totally but will have to manually turn it on if you want to record... you will loose the 5 minute rolling recording and the record that....

Like I said.... the "awesome" clips that game records automatically will be posted... and you shouldnt worry too much about that.... you dont really see them or do they bother you at all.. you need togo to another section of the home screen /apps to even
see them...

and the ones you "upload" from upload studio... the ones where you say XB record that do not show in feed... the ones where you say snap game DVR stop recording ... do not show in feed...

 

I've noticed some game clips show up all by themselves and others I have to go into upload studio and edit. Don't really do a lot of them, so hopefully someone else has a better explanation.

 

Not sure if you have to be Gold to share clips.

But there can be a delay for clips to show, sometime for the clipper, and sometimes for the viewer.

 

Just the opposite for me. I do not wish to create nor share game-clips. Yet, every now and again (one handed gamer) my hand rubs over the wrong (no idea) button and presto. An unwanted Game-clip.

How do I get ride of them? More importantly, is their a setting where no matter what button I rub over on the controller. No game-clips will EVER be created?

 

Alot of EA games automatically make clips. Battlefield and FIFA are terrible for it. Theres somthing in the options to turn them off.

 

You need GOLD ? hmmm I wonder if that is what it is.
