Question about download

It really all depends on whether or not the game is available in your region. Which region are you physically located in?

Under normal circumstances, when there is a region discrepancy that prevents someone from being able to download a game, if the person changes their account region to match their physical location, they are then able to download the game.

Let us know your physical region and we'll check to see if the game is available there! ^_^

It will tell you when it is ready to start. However, I would not recommend doing this as 9 times out of 10 it corrupts the download and you have to delete it and start all over again.

All of your DLC is tied to two things 1) The account it is purchased with and 2) the console it is bought on.

If you are playing on the same console it was purchased on, any account can use it regardless if your purchase account was banned or not. If you move to a different console, the content will no longer be able to be used by other accounts.

You can absolutely do that. All that will happen when you purchase a digital copy of the game is the license will install to your system.

I had done that recently with Destiny. I had a physcal copy for the Xbox One but decided to go digital for the 360 and the One and when I went to install the game to the One it just moved the license over.
