    Question about deleting profile


    I recently bought an Xbox One and I'm going to give my little brother my 360. If I delete my Xbox Live profile from the 360, will it remain on the One or will it delete it from everything?

    Deleting Profile Question.

    You cant permanently delete, only MS can do that. When you delete the profile of your or your friends Xbox, it just removes the information from that console itself.

    .

    But you will be fine recovering it on your friends console and deleting it when you are done.

    Ok, thanks for the quick reply! I was just wondering because i plan to recover my profile on my friends console and then delete it when im done. I thought it might have permanently deleted the profile or something Question about deleting profile :p

    If you delete it from the 360, it should stay on the ONE. As long as you do not cancel the account you should have no problems. The worst I could see happening is that you might have to download it to the ONE again, but I really do not think this will happen.

    If you delete it from the 360 and if you already have it downloaded to the Xbox ONE you will be perfectly fine unless you decide to remove your account from the Xbox ONE then it will be removed haha from it

    If you're downloading the game itself and just the game, then your saves will still be in-tact as they are stored in a separate file.
