question about custom gamerpic ban and ToS

why is it that the enforcement is the almighty god? i didn't violate ToS and they upheld their 4d ban of no comms, messaging, or even multiplayer online play for a custom gamer pic that i've had for 6 years. someone had their entire team report me because i shafted them hard in R6S. the picture was of me, as a teen, holding my first gun after my dad took me to target practice. i didn't have a dead animals, and wasn't pointing it at anyone or the camera. please tell me which enforcement rule that violates, because they could't. promoting violence? more people die to fists than guns and thats a fact. 10 different diseases take the first spot, also most gun deaths are in self defense or suicide. nothing is inherently violent about a gun, and i don't agree with the enforcement teams decision one bit.

also it's not brandishing a firearm because i wasn't threatening anyone or any thing with it.

so it's not harmful to a minor, brandishing a firearm, or promoting violence. what is it.
