    Question About Credits Deposit


    Hi everybody,

    I has 5500 credits on XBL Rewards since 20/05 (more or less), but the 30 of the same month there wasn't the deposit on my account. I also has 5 euro from older deposit. Mine question is: this credits will be added to other 5 euro,
    or i must to spend it to receive the new deposit? Thank you (and sorry for my english)

    UPDATE: Finally received my 15,000 credits, will deposit into my account on the 4th of December.

    You don't have to spend anymore. They would be scheduled to deposit into your account around the 15th of this month.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution. You do not have to spend a previous deposit
    to receive a new deposit. They are cumulatively added to your Microsoft Account to be used as currency.

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. If you're asking about the credits you redeemed, credits are deposited into your account for use by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at
    least 5,000 credits pending. The credits you redeemed would be scheduled for deposit on March 29.

    Missing Credit and No Deposit option

    Credits for the controller should show as pending about 15 days after the controller shipped. If you don't receive it after the 15 days, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

    The request deposit button is only available if you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Since you have over 5,000, they are already scheduled for
    a deposit. If you earn the credits before the 15th, they should be deposited on the 29th.
