    If I were to get banned (I hope not), would there be a way to transfer any digital games or dlc that I have purchased on a new account? I have been purchasing items online for the past 4 years and I'm anxious now that my step nephew got banned because
    he went in modded lobbies. I'm scared that I might get framed for something and get banned and lose all my games that I digitally paid for.

    Hello! I am sorry, this will not be an option. If the account gets a life time ban, you will loose everything. That is why it is very important to keep it E and no tampering. Whats the fun about it? Its a lot more fun to earn it.

    They don't unban accounts, just a heads up. The proper place to post about bans is the following forum, but that is only for questions regarding a ban, they won't accept any appeals for unbanning. Just continue on the account you have now.

    In order to protect the community and the Xbox service, Microsoft does not discuss the details of a specific console ban. Io answer your other question, no the device in question will not be unbanned. There is no recourse for device bans.

    However, there is no appeal process and they will not unban you.
