Question about ban

So, I am not 100% sure if this is the correct section for this but-

As MOST of you black ops 2 players may know, it is impossible to get in a ground war game unless you delete all your DLC's. Since I hadn't license transferred my profiles, I just created a new account and got the month of xbox live, so my downloads weren't
usable unless I was on that account. The main reason I got this account was to play ground war.

In the leader boards, ObesityLag is #1 I believe and also like #3 and #7, etc. He is a large hacker on every call of duty, usually at the top of each leader board.

My first ground war game was awesome, I got some high scorestreaks after leveling up in free for all and domination. I went to play a couple days ago, and the first game I joined said "ObesityLag" or something similar at the bottom left corner before you
spawn in, flashing in yellow in purple, and then it kicked me instantly before I could spawn in. Before I could react (as xbox support would say, I should have dashboarded - which I wouldn't even have had time to do), it kicked me to the main with a menu saying
"Player has been kicked". I look at my rank and it leveled me up a couple levels... This got me worried but the game is getting old so I shoved it off. I tried for another lobby and the same thing happened, and I leveled up more. At this point I was frustrated
and it was getting late, I have school, so I got off. I didn't play for at least 2 days because I got back interested into a computer game, and when I went to play it said my account was banned until 12/31/9999.

I did A LOT of research and each response says that the player should of dashboarded to make sure nothing had saved, or they said that they purposely stayed in the game. However, I didn't even get time to react, I just got kicked instantly and I got leveled
up. I was wondering what the hell I can do... Have I done anything wrong?

Question about bans.

If a console is banned, you will not be able to go on Xbox LIVE at all.

When an account is suspended or banned it can not be recovered from the Live servers until said suspension/ban has been lifted. If it is a permanent ban then everything associated with the account is forfeit including; gamer score,
game saves, ms points, subscription time and download content. All of that is gone forever, non-transferable and non-refundable.

 

This is why xbox sucks, cant stop one hacker and don't even care, I have messaged them multiple times and nothing changes, even if its developers fault xbox welcomes them with open arms, just think how much money this one hacker has made them from account

This is what you do, forget the profile account your using, destroy the cc associated with that card, get abnew cc and account profile and start playing again, and in the future stay away from hackers or whatever,

That's crazy. I have came into contact with this hacker as well, probably over a hundred times (since I play COD Black Ops 2 alot). The first few times, I backed out cause I saw messages scrolling on the bottom of the screen with his address with YouTube
attached. One time it did not it did not come up, he killed me before the game even started and he ended the game. This is all this fool does, over & over again. He's been doing this since 2014, yes 2014. My scores became locked, where no matter how many times
I played it did not register. I was ranked down to 72 million, ridiculous. I had just about everything unlocked before this happened. Called Xbox to complain, got no where. Complained on this forum, and my forum was locked out because I mentioned his gamertag,
last April. AgainI called to complain, since I was not naming and shaming a player, but a hacker. My forum was locked for about 5 months, because of this hacker. Why hasn't this hacker been banned forever is a question, how they banned you is crazier. All
hackers are violating the law, under Theft Of Services, not paying for a legit account monthly like we do, but Xbox goes after us. So I am with you. Sorry to hear what happened to you. Something has to be done about this hacker, as everyone talks about this
hacker, and yet, nothing has been done. Yeh, they will ban his account, then he creates another one. This hacker is so bad, that there was one morning I was playing, he had three separate account going at the same time, all three had his gamertag with Q1 at
the end, the next one had Q2 at the end, the next one had Q3 at the end of the gamertags. Just so you know, whenever you see him on line, paste his new gamertag on Xbox live search bar, then you can look at all his friends, meaning they are hackers as well.
Where is Microsoft enforcement on this one, if I can check this so can they, do you know why they don't, because they don't care, they rather ban us, so we have to pay again, so they can make more money off of the real gamers, they don't make any money going
after hackers. They could if they involved real Police on the matter. GOOD LUCK and be careful when online. A quick way is get out of hacked games by this hacker, hit the back button to see who all the players are, before selecting a weapon class, you see
him, get out the game. Don't bother complaining, since he will never go away, Xbox does nothing about it, why should you or I anymore. Just dog this idiot on the forum, but be tactful so where you don't get your forum locked out.
