Question about asking for a digital refund

if you ask for a refund can you get one? if the billing department grants you a refund if they are aable to will they also be able to remover some game score achievements or reward points you got from that game. Make sure everything is refund and their
is no hits by the enforcement team that you are cheating or requesting refunds for othe uses. I hear of people getting refunds but also worrie your account can be in jeopardy by the enforcement team if you do ask for a refund. I wish you could trade in a digital
game like you can a disk at GameStop even if you don't get full price. I want to ask for a refund or credit for a game I don't like at all and would love to use the funds toward other games I really want way way more but don't want to get my account in trouble.
So what's the policy can we ask for digital refund or not or should we. I just want to be clear before I try because I donhear of some people getting refunds for games they played and don't like.

one question thecutestpie. were u asking for a refund over a game over and over again? or u were asking for a refund for multiple games? because that sounds really suspicious knowing u are the only one complaining about digital downloads.

Why would your account be suspended for asking for a refund for digital games?

There is nowhere in the terms and conditions of sale that they say your account may be suspended for asking for a refund on digital games.

You were not suspended for asking for a refund for a digital game.

If you contact the right people they will tell you the reason you were actually suspended but you are probably already aware of why that was.

 

Maybe under special circumstances they will, but not if you are just bored of the game or you have completed it.

If you want to trade games back in you should consider buying them on disc.

All queries about refunds should be directed to phone/chat support who are the only people able to grant them. They have the power to give refunds, but it is entirely at their discretion and there is no guarantee you would get one just because you do not
like the game. The digital purchase agreement does state that all sales are final, there is no 'cooldown period', and that there are no refunds.

If a refund is processed, Gamerscore is *not* removed. The Enforcement team aren't likely to get involved over you asking for a refund.

If you would like to see a form of 'trade-ins' for digital games, you should take that suggestion to the Xbox Feedback website, which is used by the platform and engineering team to gauge interest in future updates and features to be added to the service
