Question about account bans (sorry if this is overdone or against the rules to ask about)

So, again, I want to apologize in advance if this is overdone or against the rules to ask about because I am fairly new to the Xbox Live forums. With that said, is there any way to appeal an account ban? If not (and I expect there not to be since I'm sure
Microsoft is sufficiently thorough with their assessments on accounts), is there a way to possibly obtain more information about your offense? As far as I can see it, I haven't done anything wrong, but according to Microsoft I've harassed someone and I'd like
to see what they mean by that. Of course, I never meant to and if I were to create another Xbox Live account I don't want to commit the same offense a second time.

Xbox Overheating solution?

Is it possible to open up the xbox to clean the fan, WITHOUT breaking any rules?
IF it is, is there any links to "how to"?"

They did ask as other replies hinted towards it. Yet again, it is against the forum rules to talk about opening your console in anyway and if you would like to talk about this any more, please do so in a private message as here is not the place to continue
discussing the matter.

Banned while playing modern warfare 2

There is a vast range of possibilities as to what may have happened. Most likely, there was a reason for his ban(s). There is a possibility that he may have broken a rule or rules in some way shape or form. Bans given by the Enforcement Team are issued only
when valid complaints are filed against the potential offender and the evidence proves that the offender deserves punishment. Please feel free to ask any questions if you have any.

What you are asking is against the rules & would end up with the account being banned & possibly even a console ban.

It used to be against the rules to gameshare with friends/buddies in different households and could get both of your accounts banned. Gamesharing and sharing people's Home Xbox is only meant for family, in the same house. Is this changed now? Is this allowed
now? Because now when people ask about it, nobody points out that this against the rules and other people are happy to help people gamesharing with their friends. Did I miss something here, is this allowed now?

There is nothing against the rules about it. Your old account was suspended, if you make a new account it is completely separate. Just don't do whatever it was you did before to get yourself banned.

The only way to get someone banned is to file a complaint against them if you think they are breaking the rules.

They will then be investigated by the enforcement team & if they are found to be breaking the rules then the appropiate action will be taken.

You cannot just ask for an account to be banned.
