    So I just downloaded ACO the GE, played through the Intro and did the first few Quests but now I'm stuck.

    When I talk to the Guy to leave the City, I get an InGame Error Message, stating that the Content is not fully Installed yet, so I can't continue.

    But when i check my Game's 'n Apps it says that ACO is fully installed, including all the AddOns.

    Is there anything I can do besides deleting and reinstalling the entire Game? Because that took quite some Time

    game installs and playing different game

    Both games that I have installed (Forza and Ghosts) were not fully installed but playable in the time it took my to fetch a drink and use the toilet. I don't really see the issue.

    In over 300+ hours across two Characters I have had zero issues from an Installed Game. I still have Misc Quest that are broken here and there but whatever. It was a great Game and would always be willing to look forward to any
    new Content.

    It's a patch that's not fully developed. The content is not released yet. Microsoft is aware of this issue and will fix it in 24hrs.

    Quest items perma locked in bags

    The Alto wine quest items is because you haven't finished the quest where you had that drinking competition and woke up in Markarth imperial shrine.

    Just fully complete the quest and the alto wine will no longer be a quest item

    EDIT: finishing the quest should also let you drop the giant toe as well
