hello I have pending points from april. 24/04/17 and 30/04/17 totalling 2600 which haven't been applied its now june, and i purchased a game for £20.00 in may the points have not been applied for that either

Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for May purchases.

Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Since you have over 1,000 pending, you can request a deposit on the MyRewards section of the site and they will be deposited on the
date listed on the site when you make the request.

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
