    Good day in need some assistance with a transaction if i am posting in the wrong place lease advise accordingly i made a purchase of xbox live membership but code has not been delivered just wondering whats the usual process i was unable to buy gold account
    with any of my payment options so my last resort was to purchase a digital code

    if you purchased it on amazon, you will have it directly on screen + have it as email.

    if you purchased on some different internet shop, you might be victim to scam (i dont know any other official partner at least in germany for digital purchase codes)

    Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for May purchases.

    Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending. Since you have over 1,000 pending, you can request a deposit on the MyRewards section of the site and they will be deposited on the

    Uruguay is not part of xbox live regions so you can't purchase from xbox store

    As stated in the support page regarding xbox live regions:

    Xbox Live is not available on Xbox 360 in these countries. Not all Xbox Live features on Xbox 360 are supported on Xbox One. Multiplayer between Xbox One and Xbox 360 is not supported. Customer Support for Xbox Live is only available in countries where
