Query on rewards deposit for Nov 2016

Hi

For the whole of November 2016 I spent a total of £168.96 on digital game purchases (excluding vat, pre-orders etc). Having a 10% MyVIP ranking I was expecting roughly in excess of 25K rewards deposited this month, but it's only showing 16k. I don't believe
that any of the games I purchased qualified for any other special promo being run during November, so should all fall under MyVIP.

Can you please advise there seems to be an apparent shortfall?

Never got my Rewards from game purchase

xbox live rewards deposits credits into your xbox live rewards account based on a variety of activities such as purchases through MS. I got 15,000 credits in march 2016 for buying the division. I bought battlefield 1 in oct 2016 and never got the reward.

i never received my rewards credit deposit for a game purchase i made in oct 2016 like i got for a game purchase in march 2016.

 

10% of 160 is 16, so it appears to be correct. Were there other credits you were looking for as well? You would need to spend around £250 to receive 25,000 back at 10%.

 

5K xbox live rewards is equal to £3, making the 16k reward points to be deposited just over £9 - which is around 6% of the total spent in November.
