Bom a um mes atras comprei a xbox live gold pois estava apenas 1 real e depois desse periodo a renovaçao automatica veio sozinha e quando abri a fatura do cartao estava tudo la comprando queria saber como posso pedir o reembolso dessa cobrança estou dessesperado
porque nao vou conseguir pagar o cartao e essa renovaçao veio automatica mas quero cancelar a assinatura e ter meu dinheiro de volta

You should have disable auto renew, but may get a refund if you speak to support

If you are interested in anrefund, try going to this page and fill out a request at
Request an Xbox digital
product or subscription refund.
After submitting the request, you’ll be sent an email on whether or not it was approved or denied.

This followupemail you will receive is the only means to get in contact with the refund
department directly and will be the only means of you disputing the verdict as well.

If and when you get a chance, give it a shot and let us know how that helped.
