Siempre he tenido una idea buena sobre sus productos, disfrute mucho jugando con mi xbox desde 2012, hasta hoy, mi xbox one s ha sufrido de muchos errores gracias a una actualizacion de sistema que solo me daba la opcion de actualizar cuando cambie la region
en mexico, pero que tal si volvemos un poco atras en el tiempo, exactamente al 5 de octubre de este mismo año, estaba esperando con ansias la beta de black ops 4 del modo blackout, estaba descargando la beta cuando derrepente mi xbox se apaga y ya no me dejo
prenderlo, lo intente varias veces, y aun asi no me dejaba, creia que quiza me estaba volviendo loco, que esto no me podria estar pasando pero asi fue, cuando despues de que lo encendi una vez salio ese maldito error, el error que nunca podre quitarme de la
cabeza E150 un error con las actualizaciones de mi xbox one, decidi contactar a soporte, pero no fueron de mucha ayuda, ya que lo unico que me hicieron fue reiniciar la consola de fabriica o reinicarla pero nunca resolvian mi problema, uno de ellos me dijo
que hiciera una actualizacion sin internet con una memoria tipo NFTS, seguramente el que me responda ya sabra de que estoy hablando, y ahi quedo mi xbox.

Pasaron los dias hasta se convirtio en un mes de desesperacion de que no pude jugar a black ops en su salida, asi que, es una oportunidad de irme a estados unidos lo lleve con migo hasta san francisco, a ver que se debia de hacer, lo llevé a una de las tiendas
para obtener informacion de lo que debia de hacer me dijeron que iban a hacer lo mismo que yo hice, pero ahora con la region de mi xbox (EUA) y lo lograron, lograron hacer que funcione, entonces me lo llebe a mexico y con ordenes de el mismo muchacho que me
atendio lo cambie de region, me dijo que hiciera una actualizacion, la hice y ahi ya firme la sentencia de muerte de mi xbox, me gustaria que le hicieran un chequeo de software a la region de xbox mexico pues se trabo y me salieron mas errores de tipo E refiriendose
una vez mas a las actualizaciones, espero y me tengan una respuesta como “Ya revisamos el software, no volvera a pasar”, o “Esto hiciste mal, asi lo debes de hacer”, sin nada mas que agregar, me despido

(Por cierto, un detalle que se me olvido agregar fue que en la misma tienda descargaron dos juegos, black ops 4 y over cooked en la vercion de estados unidos obiamente)

Xbox One Software

To solve the issue you are experiencing I suggest you to remove the account from your console, clear the console cache and download your account again. Follow the step by step instructions:

a)To remove the account from xbox live console:

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Under "Account," select Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove.

Select Remove to confirm.

When you're finished, select Close.

b) To clear cache on an Xbox One:

Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.

Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.

Press the power button on the console three or four times. This will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.

Plug the power cable back into the console.

Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.

Turn on the console using the power button.

c)To download your Xbox profile to the Xbox One console:

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

2. Scroll down, and then select Add & manage.

3. Select Add new.

4. Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that's associated with your Xbox profile, and then select Enter.

5. Enter the password for your Microsoft account, and then select Enter.

6. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

7. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences and download your Xbox profile to your Xbox One console.
