¿Qué puedo hacer si mi código ya fue canjeado y no lo he hecho yo? [Translation - What can...

En resumen, hace unos años obtuve con la compañía Mojang el MC Java Edition, así pues, con este me dieron un código del MC W10 el cual nunca canjee debido a que seguía utilizando la otra edición ya mencionada.

Ahora que me dispongo a canjearlo para tener la experiencia y jugar con usuarios Android, me da la sorpresa de que el código ya fue utilizado... No he usado otras cuentas ni nadie más que yo tiene acceso a la mía, así que soy consciente que el fallo es del
código.

Procedí a contactarme primero con Mojang, pero este asunto, al pertenecerle a Microsoft no podían darme ayuda.

Busqué bastante en la red alguna solución (intentos fallidos) y mi penúltimo recurso fue solicitar un nuevo código, me puse en contacto con el soporte de Microsoft para Xbox, donde después de una ansiosa espera me responden textualmente "At this time, we
are unable to process your token replacement request and found it's not eligible for a replacement under the Microsoft Terms of Sale."

Comprendo esto de cierto modo, mas la frustración no se va y decido tomar este último recurso. ¿Perdí en su totalidad el juego?, ¿qué otra solución podrían darme para al fin tener el juego en mi biblioteca? Vaya falla...
