Quantum Fraud. lol Seriously, what's going on here?

I've not received any of my preorder bonuses. I was told to be patient and that 10 business days was what they meant. Well we're at 11 business days, 15 actual days and nothing. I've been very patient but at this point I'd at least like a real explanation
as to what is happening. Honestly, I'd also like to hear that this will be made up to us somehow. At the very least, I'd like to know that I am in fact getting the bonuses.

Hello, i need help! quantum break on April 4 days in advance of the digital version of the game, but has not received Alan wakes and the two DLC and quantum break PC versions of Exchange code, is this what's going on?

It sure would be nice if they would tell us that. I keep hearing that they are coming but not from any one official. Its kinda ridiculous that a company as big as microsoft can't seem to handle something as simple as preorder bonuses
