    I realize that this issue is being "worked on", but honestly that response is not cutting the mustard anymore. First I was told 5-7 days. Then it was 7-10 days. Now I'm being told that unfortunately I seem to be in some still affected group that has yet
    to receive codes that were given with a game I bought over 2 weeks ago. I have been extremely patient, but this is ridiculous. Had I bought the game digitally the codes would have been in the physical box, and I will most likely now never pre-order another
    game digitally.

    Never recieved free download of alan wake bundled with white 500 gb xbox one and quantum break

    The console was bundled with a physical copy of quantum break but the games disc case only included the quantum break disc. There was no paperwork inside the disc case, literally only the quantum break disc.
