    I've pre-ordered Quantum Break on the Microsoft Store and still haven't received my promotional pre-order code to this day. Would like to know what's up with that. Thank you!

    Are you able to clarify if you purchased a physical copy of the game or a digital copy of the game? In order to be qualified for this promotion you would have needed to redeem a digital copy of the game before April 10th (Only applicable in US, CA, UK, AU
    and NZ). If you purchased a physical copy of the game you would not be qualified.

    Hey Aldazar83,

    If you purchased Quantum Break digitally after April 4th 2016, you will not be eligible for the Windows 10 code as that was specifically a pre-order offer. Since Quantum Break is not an Xbox Play Anywhere game, purchasing Quantum Break on Xbox One after
    that date does not unlock the Windows 10 version.
