Quantum Break windows 10 pre order code trouble

Anyone else here keep getting the error code

Sorry about that. Give it a try in a while.
I tried Redeeming it on xbox.com and on my Xbox one every time I tried the code I keep getting that error code. Can anyone help me?

What is the alpha numeric error code in the bottom right corner of the redeem box when you try to redeem?

To redeem your Windows 10 code you have to redeem it on the Xbox App on windows 10. This

link should help.

1. On your Windows 10 device, sign in with your Microsoft account. You need to use the same Microsoft account that you use for Windows 10.
   Note If you sign in with a different account, you may redeem the Windows 10 version of the game against that account, not yours.
   
2. Launch the Xbox App and make sure that you’re signed in with the same Microsoft account that you used to pre-order the game on Xbox One.
   Note If you’re not, sign out and sign back in with that account. If you don’t use the same account, you won’t see the message.
   
3. Select the Messages icon on the left-hand side of the app to view your messages.
   
4. Select the message containing your code for Quantum Break on Windows 10.
5. Copy the 5x5 code, and then select the link taking you to the Windows 10 redeem code page. You can also go to the
   
   Redeem your code or gift card page to do this.
6. Paste the 5x5 code into the window and select Redeem.
7. On the Quantum Break confirmation screen, select Continue.

 

Hey, Baidic! Sorry to see you're still getting the same message! What region are you physically located in? It might be that it's not available in your region.

 

Interesting. It should be working for you without issue.

On the website, are you sure that the locale is set to US? Sometimes that isn't accurate in some browsers. You can check your locale by scrolling all the way to the bottom of any xbox.com page, and click on the region on the bottom left.

still noting its been 13 days since I got the code mailed to me and its still not working is there any way I can get a new code?

A new code will not solve this issue unfortunately, as each code is mapped the same way. Just to confirm, did you specifically try redeeming the code while signed in at over at
Microsoft.com/redeem? Try redeeming from that specific website, as other users with similar issues found success from that page.

If that continues spit errors out, please try out what Misses Quinzel posted up above and let us know what the results are.
