    I was directed here by support. I preordered Quantum Break for Xbox 10 and one of the bonuses was a windows 10 code. I received the code through a message on my xbox over a month ago, but was having issues with my computer and didn't redeem the code during
    this time. I recently got my computer straightened out and attempted to redeem the code tonight and received a messaged that the code had already been redeemed. The code was not redeemed under my account as I do not have access to it. Is it possible there
    was a duplicate code sent out to someone else and they redeemed it?

    No pre-order bonus with my digital purchase of Quantum Break

    Hello,

    I've pre-order Quantum Break on Xbox store the 08/03/2016 under order number :

    But, I don't received pre-order bonus.

    No Alan wake code

    No Quantum Break code for windows 10

    Nothing...yet (I hope).

    I pre ordered quantum break and did not receive my Alan Wake American Nightmare bonus and and i waited 7-10 days. I pre ordered through microsoft store and it said you will receive bonus.

    If you purchased Quantum Break digitally after April 4th 2016, you will not be eligible for the Windows 10 code as that was specifically a pre-order offer. Since Quantum Break is not an Xbox Play Anywhere game, purchasing Quantum Break on Xbox One after
    that date does not unlock the Windows 10 version.
