    To whom it may concern,

    I preordered Quantum Break for Xbox One and have yet to receive my PC download code. It's been weeks. I reached out to XBOX support over a week ago and heard nothing, and am talking to another representative now who insisted I post here to the general forums.
    I cannot go back in my messages to find the original code, if it was ever sent, because they're ALL gone except the last four I've received in the past couple weeks from friends … Please Help! Honestly the main reason I bought QB was for the cross platform
    compatibility and I pre-ordered it specifically for the W10 version (and have already installed and started playing the Xbox One version) …

    Went into my messages to get my Windows 10 copy of Quantum Break code & the message is gone, still have message for Alan wake American nightmare code, but my windows 10 Quantum Break code has gone.

    If possible can my Windows 10 Quantum Break code be resent?
