Quantum Break Windows 10 Code Not Received

Been waiting very patiently for this code and haven't received anything. It's been over 3 weeks and still nothing. Help please.

Did NOT receive CODES for Quantum Break Preorder

I preordered Quantum Break on April 4th.

I have NOT received the Alan Wake code.

I have NOT received the American Nightmare code.

I have NOT received the Quantum Break Windows 10 code.

Please assist.

I have not received my Quantum Break Windows 10 code,the time when I bought Quantum Break XBOX ONE edition was 2016.3.22

Still haven't received anything yet. Support told me to can here and make a new thread, but I am getting the same results. Microsoft, please help me.

I see you've purchased pre-order code through Amazon, but did you redeem the code on your account, or on a different account? Quantum Break codes purchased through retailers must be redeemed by April 4th 2016 in order to qualify for the Windows 10 version
of Quantum Break. To help us verify, if you could private message me the Quantum Break code you received from Amazon, that would help us a bunch! To private message me, click the envelope below this post!

When I pre-ordered the game, I just gave the code away because I assumed that I would get the Quantum Break code without having to use it on my account. I don't even have an Xbox One. I only pre-ordered the game so I could get the Windows 10 version for
free. Do I not qualify for this since I didn't use the code on my account even though I bought this from amazon before April 5? But if you still want me to send the code I have no problem with that. And sorry for the bumping thread thing .

 

Yeah unfortunately in order for us to have been able to send a code, the code would have been needed to be redeemed on your account. Did you happen to pass the game off to a friend that may have received a Windows 10 code to pass back to you?

 

I'll ask my friend if he received a code yet. Don't worry about it. I'll have him pass it on to me. Thanks for the help anyway .
