Quantum Break Windows 10 Code for Pre-Ordering Xbox One version hasn't arrived

Promotion Details: The promotion was if you pre-ordered Quantum Break for Xbox One you would get a free Windows 10 code for the same game

Date of Purchase: April 04, 2016 around 6pm PST

Promo Item(s): The free code I have not received is for Quantum Break for Windows 10 through the Windows Store

I would appreciate any help looking into this. I chatted with Xbox Live support and they verified that my purchase made me eligible for the promotion. I waited 8 weeks as noted in the Stickied Thread in this forum just to be safe.

Quantum Break Pre-Order never received Alan Wake American Nightmare and Quantum Break PC code

Pre-ordering a code to redeem the digital version of Quantum Break through the Xbox Store before the launch of Quantum Break (which was April 5th, 2016) would have included the digital pre-order bonuses. However the disc version would not have been eligible.

Sorry to hear you haven't received your code, and you're right to post here as phone and chat support don't deal with promotional codes, so forum support are best placed be able to help. You've posted this question in the correct category, so they should
be able to send you the code(s) again and either PM you or let you know through this thread that this has been sent.

Please also note that the Xbox Forum staff will not provide new codes for this, they will only retrieve previously issued codes.

The Xbox Forum staff work Monday to Friday, 9:00AM PST – 5:00PM PST. For this reason, please allow up to 3 working days to receive a response on your forum post.
