Quantum Break Windows 10 code disappeared

I preordered Quantum Break back in February, and when it came out I received all the codes but I never redeemed the one for a free copy on Windows 10, as I didn't have a pc capable to running it. Now I do, but it seems the codes have auto-deleted after so
many months. Xbox support told me to post here to see about a new key being generated for me. Any help is appreciated!

Just wondering, was the www.gamecodes.pl mentioning that you will have Quantum Break Windows 10 code? I bought my Quantum Break Pre-Load trough Amazon and Amazon mentioned that Quantum Break Windows 10 code will be provided in 7-10 days. But I have no code
yet too.

 

Received both Alan Wake codes but PC Quantum Break doesn't work.
