Quantum Break Win10 redeem code did not work

Hey,

My issue is this. I preordered Quantum Break for Xbox One and received the codes for Alan Wake and American Nighmare witch worked as expected. And I received a code for Windows 10 version of the game also. I redeemed the Win10 version as instructed and everything
seemed fine. But after redeeming the code Windows Store page for Quantum Break opened up and there is only a option to buy the game not install.

I have discussed this issue on support chat for Windows reference number
[mod removed] and they instructed me to contact Xbox support. So I did. The reference number for Xbox support is Case#
[mod removed]. From there they finally instructed me to post this issue here.

It seems like something went wrong with redeeming the code for Windows 10 version of the game. I hope this issue is solved quickly.

I did order Quantum Break few days ago. Til now still not yet receiving any code by message in Win10.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your code. Is it possible you accidentally signed in with a different account and redeemed it on that? Sometimes users will sign in with the incorrect e-mail address that has been assigned a Gamertag and redeem it
on that.

 

No.. I was not logged in with wrong account. I only have this one.
