Quantum Break Win 10 Code is not working.

HI there Microsoft Team,

I trust your Day is going great !

I have preordered Quantum Break for Xbox One, and received the Alan Wake Codes, which were perfectly.

However, the code for the Win10 version is not working at all.

MS CSR's have advised this is due to an Internal Issue, whereby my Xbox One region was set to the USA, and I made my purchase from Mexico.

I have already tried the Mexican Xbox Store, and the American one with a dedicated VPN Service (AT&T Enterprise Level) and trust me, nothing works.

Your Websites are giving me the same Error Code over and over (SVC60016) so I should be most grateful if you would help me with providing a Solution for this.

Switching regions did not help at all (USA to Mex)... and cannot switch back if you ask me. This Situation is honestly fairly frustrating.

As you can see Funds have already reached Microsoft, but the promise of receiving a PC Game never materialised. Therefore, It would be most helpful if you could kindly contact me at your earliest convenience.

Hey, NextCreature912! It takes a few days for a region migration to fully kick in. Please give it about 72 hours from the time you changed your account region, and then try again. Please be sure to redeem your code on the website, because the PC version
of Quantum Break cannot be redeemed on the console. Let us know if that works for you!

Admittedly I was using the xboxstore site to download a PC Game.. now I see there is also a MS store.

Now it is completely different issue, I could reedem my code as it was recognised immediately.

However, I was unable to download it for free, your store is happy to charge me 59.99+ Taxes for something I have already paid for.

I have checked the Digital Content Basket in the US Store and it is pretty much empty (used the provided link above), checked the Mexican MS Store and does not let me see it, it gives me a message error "We are sorry, there is an problem with your Request".....
Tried once again to redeem my code and it reads it has been used already, but where is it?

Any ideas, I cannot see where it can be downloaded from.
