Quantum Break W10 and Alan Wake codes not received

I pre-ordered Quantum Break through the XBox one, already played it and finished it, but I haven't received the codes for Alan Wake nor for the Windows10 version of QB.

Supposed to be received after 7-10 days... today is day 10th. Nothing yet.

I preordered Quantum Break in february and still havent received my code for Alan Wake and Quantum Break (W10 code)

 

No Quantum Break Codes

I haven't received the codes for either Quantum Break on W10 or Alan Wake/Alan Wake's American Nightmare on Xbox 360.

 

The codes for Alan Wake and the Windows 10 version began going out on launch day. You should receive them within 7-10 days of that. If after the 10 days (April 15th) you still do not have your codes you can repost here and Support will assist you.
