    Quantum Break says I need to update Windows to use it - I already have Win10


    it says OWNED in the store, but on the actual store page the price is just greyed out and it says I need to update and gives me a link to Windows 10. I tried Microsoft support and the dude was really unhelpful and didn't want to know. Told me to contact
    the Game Developer and then told me to contact XBOX and then disconnected.

    Any Ideas?

    Cant download Quantum Break for Windows

    I received my code for the windows version of Quantum Break, and when I go to the windows marketplace to download it the button is grayed out and says, " To use this, you need to upgrade Windows, Go to aka.ms/winup" The link downloads some windows 10 installer.
    However I already have windows 10 and the latest updates installed.

    Quantum Break pre-order codes

    I purchased the code 1st of April but I can't remember when I actually used it, can I see that somewhere? The game description says "Free Quantum Break Windows 10 game offer valid with pre-order of digital copy of Quantum Break for Xbox One, by April 4,
    2016" There's been no mention that the code needs to be used before the 4th. I have a screenshot of the full description if you want to have a closer look.

    Missing free games codes from Quantum break

    Hey there!

    When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
    be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

    In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.

    Where did you purchase Quantum Break? In order to qualify for Quantum Break on Windows 10, you would have needed to pre-order through the Xbox Store or redeem a Quantum Break code before April 4th, 2016.

    If you got a code for Quantum Break on Xbox One and redeemed after April 4th, 2016, I'm afraid you do not qualify for this offer.
