Quantum Break - request for a full refund

I have ordered the game for the SOLE purpose of getting the Win10 cd key. On the time of the purchase the description stated the code will be delivered within 7-10 days. You, Microsoft has breached this sale agreement and I will need a complete refund.

I have just wasted almost an hour trying to get help on the issue. I was discouraged from trying to proceed with my claim not only by a support person (Fritz) but also my his manager - Kylie Y. It's also been implied that my claim might not be "legitimate"
as there is no way of checking if the code has been sent to me or not.

This is outraging !! Since when MS treats their customers like criminals ? (transcript available). After over 50 minutes of this nonsense - the ONLY help I received is advice that I should go to this forum and post about my issue. RIDICULOUS !!!!

Also - you DO have the means of telling if you sent the code or not. And it's obvious that I have NOT claimed the code.

It was also said that your 7-10 days (which was stated on the item description) is ACTUALLY - BUSINESS DAYS. This was never communicated to the users.

But regardless the business or non-business days. You are still in breach of that seller-buyer contract.

Therefore - I do NOT wish to get the code anymore and I will need a
COMPLETE REFUND.

Quantum Break is on track for a 2015 release.
