    I am one of the people who has not received a PC code, nor the Alan Wake codes. When trying to get support from xbox I just get sent to this forum where you guys are saying a robotic message that you will "look into it". This is absolutely ridiculous and
    unethical. I want a complete refund for Quantum Break. I hear the game is broken for PC anyway. All around you guys should be ashamed. You have 3 games on the Windows Store, Gears of War, Quantum Break and Killer Instincts. You can't even get those right and
    Steam has THOUSANDS. All around awful customer service.

    Give me a direct response in an email. I am not going to get brushed aside with another PR statement. If you do not address my issue I will escalate it further with xbox customer service and begin to reach out to video game journalist outlets to investigate
    this shameful business practice.

    I pre-ordered Quantum Break on April 4th on Xbox One store, but I haven't received Windows 10 redeem key. Since it's already more then 10 days after release, please initiate a refund, I don't want this game anymore.

    I agree. Locking threads and refusing to provide actual support is not the way that a reputable company should be handling this.

    Apparently Microsoft is not reputable.

  5. It's also disingenuous because customer service sent us here to get answers. This is more containment. We may be adults still playing video games but we aren't dumb Microsoft. Apple, Steam or any other top tier brand would NEVER do something like this.
    Is Microsoft some shady low tier brand now? Is this the message you want us to take? Should I just sell off my xbox one and abandon ship?

  6. LOL and now they are giving us another BS message saying they are investigating this issue and then locking the thread. Orwellian customer service with a smile. Giant Bomb and Kotaku would get a real kick out of this!!! Let's have them "investigate this
    further" guys!!

  9. YES...or at least optimization for Quantum Break...SLI support? A stable frame rate? Would that be too much to ask for? At this point I would consider that an achievement for Microsoft Studios. We are all fighting for a broken game, and I guess that will
    be the next fight... I don't want to believe a corporation could be this shady. This reminds me of when I got the runaround for my 360 red ringing like 10 times. I thought Microsoft changed their tactics after that.

  10. I agree, it is a bit of a joke to be honest. I'd prefer a refund and then just buy it outright on the store. Would have been far quicker.

    I have to admit i feel the same, no "REAL" information when this might be fixed

    and an admission as to what the real problem is. Fortunately i purchase most of my games for the PS4 and PC (Steam). After this debacle, i am not going to buy anything further for the xbox, i'll just use it as a media box, which is all it really is. This
    has about decided for me where my loyatly lies now. Refunds all around please Microsoft , you offered a package for a price that you simply could not deliver. its been 2 weeks now since the pre-order windows closed.

    How hard is it to just send codes out? This is embarrassing for Microsoft. I've tried xbox support, the chat support, calling, and now this forum and I can't seem to get a proper response.

    Well i guess we will get it eventually. At least in the UK we have the "Consumer rights act of 2015" which replaces the older "sales of goods act". A quote from one of the websites, "Digital content rights This new law gives consumers rights in relation
    to online digital content that is paid for, digital content supplied free with other paid for items" This is of course an unqualified personal opinion , but the service by Mcrosoft is shocking. lack of information just leads to mistrust. If they stated that
    the game was broken and would need 2 motnthhs to fix then i would accept it. Not being honmest shows total contempt fdor the customer base, which is what i think annoys most of us.
