    Ok let's see. i bought a digital copy of quantum break for xbox one on the xbox store as a preorder offer including Alan Wake for xbox 360 and quantum break for windows 10. offer said i get code within 7-10 days. i've posted a thread to this issue here:
    Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened.

    the answer was i should be patient, there are issues with the codes. but my patience is gone. it's been 10 weeks after release date and i still didn't get any code nor a date has been told for the code delivering. this is really disappointing!

    i'm software engineer and i know there can be problems, but there is no reason why it could take 10 weeks (!) to deliver a code for a digital download of a game - you can't run out of them!

    sorry to say that, but i cant take this offer serious anymore - i want my money back!

    Hello,

    I preordered Quantum Break Digital download on my Xbox One and never received any codes.

    Did not receive Alan Wake & American Nightmare for PC/Xbox or the Quantum Break code for PC.
