    Quantum Break Purchase


    I couldn't pre-order Quantum Break due to financial limitations, so I was wondering what about Alan Wake and its two DLCs. As far as I understood reading around on the store and on several forums, the pre-order granted a bonus access to the arcade game Alan
    Wake's American Nightmare. I suppose that the original game with its two DLCs will be included with every purchase (I mean digital purchase) of Quantum Breakand not only with its pre-order.

    The question, fundamentally, is: will I get the download codes for Alan Wake and its two DLCs should I buy Quantum Break, for example, on May 15th?

    Just to clarify did you purchase the physical disc version of Quantum Break? Also, did you purchase Quantum Break from the Microsoft Store? If so, you will not be receiving a code for the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. For further details check out

    When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
    be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

    In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.

    Quantum Break Purchase

    Yup! Now that Quantum Break has released, the promo Alan Wake's American Nightmare and Quantum Break on Windows 10 has concluded. However, Alan Wake + DLC will continue to go out.

    In the past, we've run these sort of promotions until 90 days after the game's release. Just be sure to post a new thread after 10 days if you don't see any codes pop up so we can look into it. Quantum Break Purchase :)

    Just to clarify, when did you purchase Quantum Break? If you just purchased Quantum Break recently, it will take up to 10 days for you to receive your code. Also, if you recently purchased Quantum Break, you will only receive a code for Alan Wake. The Windows
    10 version of Quantum Break and American Nightmare were only offered with the pre-order of Quantum Break.

    If it has been past 10 days, be sure to let us know so that we can look into this further. Thanks!

    Oh apologies I didn't catch that before. The Quantum Break Xbox One bundle should only come with a digital code. Which retailer did you purchase the bundle from? Disc copies of Quantum Break do not qualify for the Windows 10 versions of Quantum Break.

    Having an understanding of where the console was purchased from will help us a bunch. Also, does the Quantum Break Xbox One bundle box look like the box that is linked in your original post?

    Hey Aldazar83,

    If you purchased Quantum Break digitally after April 4th 2016, you will not be eligible for the Windows 10 code as that was specifically a pre-order offer. Since Quantum Break is not an Xbox Play Anywhere game, purchasing Quantum Break on Xbox One after
    that date does not unlock the Windows 10 version.

    Hope this helps clear it up!
