in ordered quantum break before the preorder date was over and still haven't received my code for the pc version yet and the alan wake code

i didn't recieve promotions and special Offers of Quantum Break pre-order

i bought Quantum Break pre-order to XBOX korea site but i didn't recieve promotions and special Offers.

already i consulted with korea xbox staff about the metter but she had the to show me the this forums.

please check and resolve.

on March 11th, 2016 I have ordered Quantum Break through Xbox live. Until today I have not received any of the promotion codes (Alan Wake, Alan Wake Nightmare, Quantum Break for Windows).
