Quantum Break Promo Codes

I pre-ordered the digital copy of Quantum Break, yet have not received any of the codes for:

Alan Wake (and all the DLC's) as well as Quantum Break for Windows 10.

I ordered Quantum Break for XBox One, and was wondering when the promo codes for Window 10 version and the promo codes for Alan Wake were being sent.

It has been 6-8 weeks and I never received the Alan Wake promo codes for purchasing Quantum Break.
