Quantum break promo code from xbox bundle refund

Hello, I was speaking with a xbox support person about getting a refund on a promo code. They said they could not help me there but someone in the promo team could give me some options maybe like an exchange or refund, something along those lines. I would
like to say thank you to any responses.

Oh apologies I didn't catch that before. The Quantum Break Xbox One bundle should only come with a digital code. Which retailer did you purchase the bundle from? Disc copies of Quantum Break do not qualify for the Windows 10 versions of Quantum Break.

Having an understanding of where the console was purchased from will help us a bunch. Also, does the Quantum Break Xbox One bundle box look like the box that is linked in your original post?

I pre ordered Xbox One Quantum Break bundle from retailer in february. I received my Xbox One in 5th April. I haven't yet received Windows 10 keys code for Quantum Break.

 

Can anyone help me I'd really appreciate it

 

Well two things first

Xbox support over the phone handles all refunds so I don't know why they sent you here

2nd you do know that promo items have no value right?

That's why they are free

So what is the issue with the code? If it's because you don't live in an xbox live region and you can't redeem it then that's your issue there is no refunds for thst

 

Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST so you will hear from them during the week, but withing know exactly what the problem is, if the issue is with a physical bundle, you would need to contact the retailer you purchased the bundle from. Forum
support does not have the ability to issue refunds and are only able to resend codes you may be missing from digital purchases.

As ngocphi and Smwutches previously stated. We're not able to exchange or refund codes in that fashion. If you were wanting to exchange this code for something else or obtain a refund. You'd need to speak with the retailer from where you purchased it to
see if that might be an option for you.
