    Quantum Break - Preorder Promotion


    Hi.

    I preorderd Quantum Break on April 4th and after speaking to a support representative, apparently it said I didn't preorder it until April 5th, which is incorrect. He was very kind and told me to post here. I would like to get a refund for the game because
    I thought I was going to recieve the promotional items sooner and I really would just like a refund for the game.

    Please consider giving me a refund as I saw others getting one on Twitter and it would mean a lot if I got the same opportunity.
