Quantum Break Preorder - Never received Alan Wake or Win10 codes.

I preordered Quantum Break on the xbox app in Windows 10 on the morning of 4/4/16. I have yet to receive the Alan Wake Codes or Win10 version code. Xbox.com chat help Matthew A. told me for some reason my preorder didn't activate until 4/5/16. Not sure
why...

Please help...

Haven't received Win10 Code or Alan Wake Code with Digital preorder of Quantum Break

Never received Win10 Code or Alan Wake Code with Digital preorder of Quantum Break. Purchased on 4/4/16 from Microsoft Xbox.com and wasnt charged until released.

 

Still Never received my Preorder codes from Quantum Break!!!

My GT: , I preorder Quantum Break back on April 4th 2016 and still never received my preorder code for Alan Wake American Nightmare or My Win 10 PC code of Quantum Break

 

The codes for Alan Wake and the Windows 10 version began going out on launch day. You should receive them within 7-10 days of that.

Shouldn't have received the Alan Wake codes by now?

 

I believe this is the same thing that happened to me. Even though I preordered it on the 4th, my purchase date shows as the 5th.

In this case, the ambassadors are useless and we need someone that actually works for MS to step in to help.

 

Same problem here ordered on the 4th and no free code. Company scams me left and right duplicate charges

 

Regardless of when you pre-ordered, the codes only started going out on release day. As stated in the game description codes will go out with in 7-10 days or launch. Codes are still going out.

 

So... After the 10 days, which is the 15th, who is going to be the one to assist me?

 

You can post back here in this forum if you do not get your codes after the 15th and Support will assist you further.

 

Why does support make you wait this is the most botched preorder

 

Hey, everyone! bowski is right, and every promotion we have has stated anywhere from 7 days to 8 weeks when you will receive your product. For this one, it's 7-10 days. If it hits the 16th (the 15th for those that it says they purchased on the 4th) and you
still don't have your codes, please post up a new thread so that we can look into it further for you. Thanks for understanding!
