I preordered Quantum Break in february and still havent received my code for Alan Wake: American Nightmare

I preordered Quantum Break in february and still havent received my code for Alan Wake and Quantum Break (W10 code)

 

Quantum Break Pre-Order codes

I bought Quantum Break on 4/4/16 on preorder. When I bought it on preorder, it said I would get the windows 10 version of Quantum Break, two add-ons for Alan Wake, Alan Wake itself, and American Nightmare all for free. I haven't received any of these
yet. Please help!!

Hey, there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.
