Quantum Break Preorder Codes

I have not received any codes after 10 days and was directed here by Xbox Support.

Promotion Details: Quantum Break preorder was supposed to include these game codes: Alan Wake, Alan Wake's American Nightmare, and a Quantum Break Windows 10 code.

Date of Purchase: I purchased Quantum Break from the digital store on 4/4 by selecting an advertisement for the pre-order on the Home screen

Still Never received my Preorder codes from Quantum Break!!!

My GT: , I preorder Quantum Break back on April 4th 2016 and still never received my preorder code for Alan Wake American Nightmare or My Win 10 PC code of Quantum Break

 

Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

Sorry for the frustrations. Official forum support will return on Monday.

 

I also purchased the game on 4/4 by selecting the advertisement and have yet to receive the pre-order bonus.

 

Is there any update on when we will receive a message with further information?

I preordered and received a confirmation email at on Mon, Apr 4, 2016 at 7:36 PM
