    Quantum break preorder codes not received after waiting 7 to 10 days after launch.


    I called customer support and did a live chat with them. I was eligible for the codes and was pointed here to get my codes through a private message. Please respond to me ASAP to fix this issue.

    Missing my codes for Alan wake game code, American Nightmare dlc code, the writer dlc code, and quantum break Windows 10 code

    I bought Quantum Break on 16th March,2016 but have not received the Alan Wake and the dlc and win10 Quantum Break code

    The codes started going out this week. If you have not received them 7-10 days after Quantum Break launched on the 5th, then you'll need to post back.
