im posting again cos my thread was locked bacause i threatened legal action. all i want is my codes!!!!!!!!!! i payed for the preorder! GIVE ME MY CODES! i will keep at this and take photos of posts as proof to show you havnt done a single thing to help
those affected by your incompitance. removing replys or locking threads just makes you look corrupt.

Maybe be a little more specific.

1. Did you receive the game itself?

2. Assuming you did, you're just expecting your BONUS codes.

3. If this is the case, you do realize that you're not going to get these right away right? I mean, they are BONUS codes after all.

These codes will also be sent out in waves, and are also available to anyone who purchases Quantum Break between April 5, 2016, and July 7, 2016. If you pre-ordered Quantum Break, you’ll receive your codes within a couple of weeks of game launch. If you
purchase Quantum Break between April 5, 2016, and July 7, 2016,
you’ll receive your code within a couple of weeks of purchase.

So, just be patient, you might be getting it some time soon. Also, threatening XBOX with legal action is like challenging Michael Jackson to a moonwalk battle. It will not go in your favor. Just be patient.

they are not bous are they, they werer part of the agreed deal to preorder the game, been waiting for almost 2 weeks now. unacceptible. mc said within 10 days. false advertising is my grounds for legal action. as mc are aware that is what will win me as
you said the moonwalk.

Per another thread in the games section:

Support is investigating the issue that users have not received their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break.

All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information. Also, note that threatening legal action will always get a thread locked.

Unfortunately there is no expected date time yet though

finally a bit of honesty, thank you sir. you dont know when we will recieve codes. if mc would just admit that out right instead of taking 0 responsibilty i would accept that. its fine if ur having technical difficulties i understand that. just commit to
a honest answer to my our complaints.

mc could learn a thing or two from your reply to my complaint. it was direct and honest.

found out why my post was removed. i threated legal action. no suprise microsoft cares about money first and it doesnt give a hoot about the people who have stayed loyal despite the one being a failiur. well my money is going elsewhere i think. maybe ill
buy a better console from the lawsuit im filing against you.
