Quantum Break Preorder code not received!!!

I previously posted but I am now starting to feel ignored since other people that post after me are also being taken care of and I have been attempting to get my issue of not receivig my Alan Wake's American Nightmare game since I first ordered it back in
February!!! I was given info stating a guarantee of 7-10 business days of purchase for preorders yet I got nothing for months and I watched so many people who got the Quantum Break game after me getting the preorder bonus game so much faster or already!!!
This is completely unfair and really makes me not trust this company or ever want to do business with you guys again because I feel cheated, deceived and lied to!!! And so far nothing has been done to fix this for me or make it right...instead all I get are
delays and people telling me I have to keep waiting when as I said other people that got the game long after I ever did already have their paid for products so I am angry!!!! I want this made right! I am not here to start a fight however I feel like if I don't
do something here i am going to continue to just be pushed back and ignored as your company has done to me for many months now!!! Please just make this right!!! I couldn't expect any better than that even though I honestly feel that with all of these delays
you have unnecessarily forced upon us you should be doing much more to rectify this situation!!! Yet I can see that asking your company to do something like that where you would take a loss is asking too much even though what you did to us was cruel, deceitful
and misleading and had any of us gone elsewhere to get these products we would have already had them without your unbelievable unnecessary delays or excuses! You couldn't be bothered to even suggest ways to make us not feel so bad about the fact that some
of us had to wait months (not a month, week,or a few days here!!!) I have pointed this out before but I will do it again just to remind you in case you forget here: the reason people preorder with an early bonus that is guaranteed to be delivered in a certain
amount of days (and actually early as implied) is to actually get that product within those days and not more or it kind of defeats the entire purpose of preordering altogethe! And I have also pointed out that many of us that you unnecessarily put through
this could have very easily just gone elsewhere to get the exact same deals and actually had the games already where you caused the delays but it would appear you didn't care enough to consider our feelings during this at all! You just said we had no choices
here but to sit back and continue to wait with no given timeframe for when we would ever get our games! We only purchased your product online through your system because of your guarantee and promises to deliver on time then when that didn't happen we were
cheated and treated unfairly! Please consider this when doing business in the future and please deliver me my game product code for Alan Wake's American Nightmare! I really have waited far too long now! I would appreciate it if you didn't force me to have
to wait any longer! ☹️
