    I have a problem with preorder of quantum break from amazon.

    i preordered this game only because i was aware that i am taking alan wake american nightmare (as you can see there is screenshot below), but instead they gave me a code for a some childs game called Kameo, so can you please help me microsoft to get my alan
    wake AN?

    Hi slowvik1. Amazon clearly showed on the QB page the AN had been changed as QB WA rated 16 whereas AN was rated 18.

    As an AW fan I ordered via MS store and will be getting AN later this month.

    I believe Amazon and several other outlets selling the disk version had a problem due to PEGI, american nightmare is 18 and I believe Quantum is 16 and so they are unable to supply american nightmare.

    As a UK customer you should of got Alan wake unless your online profile shows you below the age of consent for the game and you would then get Kameo. If you think this is wrong contact amazon by phone or chat and ask for the correct code.
