QUANTUM BREAK PREORDER BONUS NOT YET RECIEVED BY 17/4

I have not received any of my preorder bonuses for quantum break this includes Alan wake + dlcs the writer and the signal, Alan wake American nightmare, Quantum break windows 10. It said I would recive them within 5-10 days of release but I still haven't
got them and it's been more then 10 days. I spoke to someone on Xbox support and he said that I should post my problem here.

Didnt get my backwards compatibility code for alan awake by preordering quantum break

Hello I preordered quantum break about a month ago and havent recieved my alan awake preorder bonus and windows 10 copy. But i did get the other preorder bonus alan awake american nightmare

i preorded quantum break around March 6 i recieved the Alan Wake's American Nightmare code on the 3/17 but i still have not recieved the original alan wake or the windows 10 code i understand the windows 10 code still has more time before its late bu i
should have the original Alan wake by now

 

They told me to report it here and someone would give an answer within 4 hours, that was 3 days ago and I've asked 8 times since then.
