Quantum break pre order

i haven't received to Alan wake yet I've only received American nightmare. i ordered on February 21st what gives? You support chat told me to use this forum.

I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

seems like you wont get alan wake until after quantum break releases, what it says on the store page

Quantum Break includes full game download of Alan Wake, the Xbox 360 game playable on Xbox One, as well as The Signal and The Writer add-ons.

The code for these items will be delivered to your Xbox Message center within 7-10 days of Quantum Break’s release.

 

I have not received my Alan Wake code either, just American Nightmare

 

Is odd to get the american nightmare before the Alan Wake games. The wording on the latest email regarding the preorder of the game doesn't specify that you will get it immediate but the same can be said about American Nightmare. I'd like some clarification
so I can stop wondering if I missed an email or message with a code.
