Quantum Break Pre-Order - Windows 10 Key - s1gman

I purchased Quantum Break before the game was available for purchase on the Windows Store(Pre-Ordered); and I have not received my key for windows 10. I would like to know if I will be receiving my key, as I have waited the "7-10" day waiting period and
still have not received a key in my inbox. The pre-order that I placed was in hopes for the PC version, as I do not own an Xbox One.
